On a groove with no name.

I’ve spent a good part of the morning listening to Casey Kasem’s AMERICAN TOP 40 flashback from this weekend in 1972. I just finished listening to America’s “A Horse with No Name.” Early on, while taking a morning walk, I listened to “Baby Blue” by Badfinger.
Of course, ever since 2014, these two songs will be forever affixed to BREAKING BAD.

Of course, there were other songs in the Top 40 on that date not related to BREAKING BAD.  I took a shower, and when I tuned the station on line, I got the tail end of the Rolling Stones’ “Tumbling Dice.”  And there were a few other ditties that I hadn’t heard in a while.  I started feeling good after a cruddy last couple of days.

Thanks, Casey, wherever you are.  I needed that.
