Going to the Carillon

This after several members of my family and I at the Carillon Brewery.  It’s a restaurant in the Carillon Historical park in Dayton.  It’s based on what a brewery would look like in the 1850s.   It had folk music playing from the loudspeakers.  The menu featured several dishes, many of them German.  I ate a tenderloin sandwich and a braided soft pretzel with cheese.  (Yummy!)  I highly recommend it.
